Ventizz brings together AEM Technologies Holding AG and CardFactory AG

On 30 June 2009, our group of companies, AEM Technologies Holding AG, merged with CardFactory AG.

 

CardFactory AG, with its headquarters in Oldenburg, Germany, is one of Europe's leading card manufacturers, producing over 2 million cards every day.

 

Thanks to this merger, we will be able to offer integrated security solutions for our traditional markets and applications.

 

The new group of companies, operating under the name AEM Technologies Holding AG, is ideally placed to benefit from current big trends, such as miniaturisation, security and embedded computing and will therefore be able to offer our customers the most innovative solutions.

 

The merger will have no effect on the excellent relationships we have with our customers.
