Quality assurance
ECR AG considers quality assurance to be top priority. The aim is to deliver only assemblies that function perfectly to our customers.
Q certificates according to ISO9001;2000 and ISO13485;2003 form an important basis for guaranteeing the quality requirements of our customers.
Our management quality assurance system forms the foundation of all the dealings of our employees. It embraces all manufacturing steps, process validation and the testing of our production facilities.
We produce assemblies according to customer requirements, and in compliance with Standard IPC-A-610 - Classes 2 and 3
Design for Manufacturing
As early as in the development phase, the design is subjected to initial testing for manufacturability and testability. Optimisation proposals are put to the customer and, if possible, taken into account before the first production run.
Our particular strengths lie in Design to Cost (DTC), Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Quality (DFQ).
Orientated towards these three factors, we are able to offer and manufacture applications at prices in line with current market conditions.
Production documentation and production specifications
A separate identification number is assigned for each revision status of an assembly.
The relevant production documentation and product specifications are referenced with this identification number.
During the production of prototypes, all production parameters and the machines used are logged, so that subsequent production batches can be manufactured identically.
Tests
Throughout the entire production process, tests are carried out according to defined guidelines.
Any deviations are analysed, corrected and documented in the smallest possible control circuit.
Process control
Using our test equipment monitoring system, we make sure that our production facilities are maintained and calibrated on a regular basis.
With new equipment and processes, an installation qualification (IQ) is carried out, as well as operational qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ).
All relevant processes are monitored using statistical process control diagrams and, if necessary, corrective measures are introduced.
